Burgess Crew Services delivers a streamlined crew employment solution, combining regulatory compliance with a strong focus on crew welfare and performance. Working in partnership with captains and owners, we ensure every crew member is qualified, supported, and equipped to uphold the highest standards on board. All crew employment funding is securely ring-fenced through an independent, yacht-specific Incorporated Cell within Burgess Crew Services Guernsey, with monthly funding requests submitted in alignment with an approved budget in collaboration with the Burgess or owner’s office accounts team.

The Employment and Payroll Service includes:
