The mighty 110m Oceanco JUBILEE is delivered
Published 07 juillet 2017
The extraordinary JUBILEE was delivered this week and is currently on her maiden voyage to the Mediterranean.
As the largest yacht to emerge from The Netherlands and the biggest yacht to be constructed by Oceanco, this masterpiece is built to the Passenger Yacht Code and is already turning heads within the industry. At 110m (361ft) and just over 4,500 GT, her sleek elongated profile by Lobanov Design encompasses six decks and her flowing lines create the illusion of multi-level decks - an innovative design feature never seen on a yacht before. Igor Lobanov's distinctive artistic architecture flows gracefully into a fully certified helideck forward and her curvaceous lines lead aft to a large pool deck complete with aquarium and vast beach club below.
Sam Sorgiovanni's magnificent interior exudes elegance and luxury with ample space for entertaining and relaxation. Accommodation is for 31 guests in 16 cabins with a configuration of 15 doubles and one single, which includes the master suite housed on an entirely private owner's deck.
Burgess New Construction served as owner's representative on project, providing technical consultancy and project management throughout the entire build process. Jonathan Beckett, CEO of Burgess commented, "The delivery of JUBILEE is a real milestone - not just for Burgess - but for the yachting industry at large.”
In a statement earlier in the year, Oceanco said, "JUBILEE represents a number of firsts in yachting, not only for her size, but also the fact that she is a fully turn-key project completely outfitted at delivery including all owner's supplies; tenders, spares, watersports equipment, china, crystal, silverware, table linen, sheets, loose furniture, cushions, etc. A visual and technological tour de force.”
Congratulations to the entire build team. Burgess is proud to have been an integral part of this ground-breaking project.
JUBILEE is offered for sale by Burgess as Worldwide Central Agents and will be cruising the Mediterranean during her inaugural season this summer.
