Sold: one of the world's best berths
Published 01 mars 2024
Burgess has sold the largest berth at the world’s No.1 marina, International Yacht Club d’Antibes (Quai Camille Rayon). The buyer has been a client of ours for many years and we are delighted to have been able to secure this berth for them in the very heart of the Cote d’Azur, the spiritual home of yachting.
It has been described as ‘the sale of the century’ for marina berths, the biggest and the best. Although this 160m (525ft) berth has been sold, there are still several leases for other berths ranging from 85-125m (279-410ft) in this hugely prestigious marina that are still available. Buying a lease guarantees you access to a state-of-the-art marina at the very heart of Mediterranean yachting.
The booking office is open 24/7/365, there is a 24-hour dedicated concierge service and the full suite of superyacht services from bunkering and blackwater pump-out to recycling centres and laundry. For security, there is no public access to the marina.
Onsite facilities include a bar, restaurant and roof terrace in the yacht club, and electric carts and bikes are available to get you around the marina. For the crew there is a lounge, gym and beauty salon. You also have the hotels, boutiques and cultural experiences of the Côte d'Azur on your doorstep.
Transport links are exceptional, with a helipad on site for easy connections from Nice airport, and coach and train stations in the town for crew access. In terms of maintenance, spares and repairs, you have all the superyacht infrastructure for which Antibes is renowned.
