Further price reduction on 60.4m ROCK.IT.
Published 30 mars 2023
As newly appointed Joint Central Agent, we are bringing back to market the exquisite 60.4m Feadship ROCK.IT with a further price reduction. Her new asking price is USD 53,990,000, over 23 percent below her February 2022 asking price, making it abundantly clear that the owner is a genuine seller and the right offer will be accepted.
Everything about this yacht is the best of the best. She has all-Dutch provenance with design inside and out by Sinot Exclusive Yacht Design and construction by Feadship, De Vries, neither of whom needs any introduction to those with yachting experience. Her pedigree is faultless, and following an extensive 2019-20 refit covering new seating inside and out, paint and AV, so is her condition.
She is perfectly well suited to private use or commercial operation, with a host of crowd-pleasing features. The large sun deck has a raised jacuzzi forward flanked by seating and lounges in sun and shade served by a fully equipped bar under the hardtop. Aft is a versatile space for multiple uses once the 6.5m (21.3ft) Pascoe tender and waverunners are launched by the concealed crane. A sun lounge on the bridge deck aft is ideal for cocktails before dining in the open air at a circular table, and the main deck aft offers another option for informal dining and snacking during the day. Steps either side lead down to a swim platform.
Her Art-Deco inspired interiors feature high-gloss wood panelling on bulkheads and ceilings, contrasted with cream leathers, backlit white onyx, portoro and other marbles. The wood in the main saloon and cabins is darker and the sky lounge has a lighter theme and teak decking. A 159in TV flips down from the ceiling between the main saloon and the formal dining area, creating a home cinema, and there is a splendid bar aft on a circle of dark marble. There are two lounge areas and a gaming table in the sky lounge, as well as a sit-up bar.
She accommodates 10 guests in five cabins, including a full-beam master suite, two sizable VIP suites, one king-sized double cabin and a twin cabin. Powered by twin 1,520hp MTU diesel engines, she has a maximum speed of 15 knots and cruises at 12 knots. Her range at cruising speed is an impressive 5,300nm.
With a newly reduced asking price of USD 53,990,000, this yacht of impeccable provenance represents compelling value in this sector of the market. The owner is very clearly looking to move on and welcomes credible offers from interested clients looking for an opportunity. ROCK.IT is currently lying in The Bahamas where inspection is greatly encouraged so please get in touch to find out more.
