Quitterie, also called Q for short, joined Burgess as a Yacht Management Assistant in January 2023. She handles crew documentation for yachts traveling between the Mediterranean and the various Caribbean islands. She is responsible for preparing the crews’ hiring paperwork and provides support to ensure all documentation is up to date.

She is French and American, was raised in St Emilion in the southwest of France and came to Miami about two decades ago. Quitterie’s background mainly spans finance, construction and real estate development. Among the many roles she has had, she worked as a Project Manager and an Executive Assistant for high-net-worth clients. She is very eager to dive into the yachting industry and learn everything there is to learn.

Outside of work her, Quitterie loves dancing Salsa, traveling, sailing and values family time.
