Harriet joined Burgess as a Yacht Management Assistant in August 2023. Before joining the yachting industry Harriet trained at the London School of Musical Theatre and later gained her BA Hons degree in Fitness and Dance along with her Personal Training, Yoga and Pilates qualifications. Harriet has always had a love of the ocean and in her spare time enjoys surfing, wakesurfing and paddleboarding.
After graduating university, Harriet followed her passion of travel and worked abroad across Europe, the Middle East and Asia as a fitness and watersports instructor, this led to her introduction into the yachting industry. Harriet spent four years working onboard yachts ranging from 65–110m incorporating her Yoga/Pilates/PT (and on occasion musical theatre) skills before pursuing a career in vessel management.
