Clara is a Charter Broker based in Burgess' Miami office. She was born in New York but her family is from the south of France. Clara was raised between Paris, Madrid, New York, Mexico City, and Caracas. Her passion for yachting began in her childhood spent on her family’s sailboats and motor yachts in the Mediterranean and the Atlantic.

Fluent in French, Spanish, and English, Clara studied International Business Management and obtained a dual Bachelor's Degree in France and Spain. Post-graduation, she worked as an event planner for high-net-worth clients. Then, she returned to her city of birth to complete a Master’s Degree in Hospitality Industry Studies at New York University, all the while working in a luxury hotel in Manhattan.

Prior to joining Burgess, Clara worked for several years as a Charter Broker in a boutique brokerage firm in New York. Today, she is committed to the yachting industry and, as a MYBA member, promotes high standard of professional ethics. Outside of work she enjoys traveling with her family. Her hobbies include cycling, health & wellness, and cinema.
