Burgess’ office in Palma is delighted to announce the sale of KHALEESI, with Burgess having represented both seller and buyer.

KHALEESI’s buyer now owns a powerful 37m cruising ketch built by Perini Navi in 1996, one that has been well maintained by her previous owner with a full refit in 2016 that left her in first-class condition. The main cockpit has two areas, a shaded lounge area aft and al fresco dining for eight forward, and there’s a large sun lounge aft of the cockpit.

From an upper saloon with panoramic views, steps forward lead down to a larger yet more intimate saloon with formal dining room and steps aft lead to the accommodation. The full-beam master suite has a separate study, walk-in wardrobe and bathroom. Two twin guest suites, one with a pullman berth, complete the accommodation.
