Published 09 April 2021
The spectacular 60.4m (197.9ft) ROCK.IT has a steel hull and aluminium superstructure built to Lloyd's classification to interior and exterior design by Sinot Exclusive Yacht Design and with engineering by De Voogt. She is a yacht of impeccable Northern European pedigree and meticulously maintained.
She was delivered by the famous Dutch shipyard Feadship, De Vries in 2014 and underwent an extensive refit in 2020 during which all her mechanical systems were overhauled. MCA compliant and with 1,052GT of internal volume, she currently operates commercially as a successful charter yacht welcoming 10 guests in five suites.
A very large sun deck has a raised jacuzzi forward with sunpads and lounge seating either side, all sheltered by glass screens to deliver excellent views. Under the hardtop, the forward section of which is glazed, is a sit-up bar, a lounge area and a dayhead to starboard.
The aft deck is a boat deck underway for the stowage of the 6.5m (21.3ft) Pascoe tender and waverunners with a concealed crane for launching. With these launched the aft deck is a versatile space for relaxation, exercise or entertainment.
The bridge deck aft has dining for 12 guests at a table shaded by the overhang and there are two L shaped sun lounges aft. The main deck aft has lounge seating, steps leading down to a large swim platform and the sidedecks lead forward to steps up to the foredeck, another versatile space beneath which the rescue tender is stowed.
From the main deck aft sliding glass doors open into a marble floored fully equipped bar panelled with bookmatched cherry wood. The Art Deco inspiration is also visible in the main saloon with sofas and armchairs around a Frank Pollaro coffee table with showcase marquetry.
A divider separates the saloon and the formal dining area forward and also serves as a frame for the 159in flip-down TV. Either side doors open onto two fold-down balconies, opening up the space to the outside.
There is a dayhead off the main lobby where a spiral staircase leads up to the bridge deck lobby with another dayhead. There is a sit-up bar forward to port opposite a gaming table and there are two lounge areas aft.
The full beam owner's suite is forward on the main deck. An owner's office with a coffee station leads through to the bedroom with lounge seating to port, a walk-in dressing room and his and hers bathrooms. On the lower deck are two VIP suites, a double cabin and a twin cabin. She also accommodates up to 13 crew.
Twin 1,520hp MTU diesel engines give her a top speed of 15 knots and a transatlantic range of 5,300nm at her cruising speed of 12 knots. Quantum stabilisers ensure comfort both at anchor and underway.
We are excited to bring this very special yacht exclusively to market with an asking price of EUR 52,500,000. She is currently available for inspection, which is strongly recommended to appreciate the quality and condition of this professionally maintained yacht. She is lying in the Gulf of California in Mexico where we would be happy to arrange a personal tour, either virtually or in person.
