Price reduction on LA POLONIA.
Published 30 June 2021
The owner of the 46.8m (153.6ft) LA POLONIA has signalled their ongoing commitment to attracting offers and securing a sale imminently by reducing the yacht's asking price to EUR 5,750,000 (EU VAT paid). The yacht has also changed locations to facilitate inspections, she is now in the port of Cap-d'Ail and the owner is very keen to find her next owner soon.
The yacht was delivered in 1999 by the US yard Swiftships. She was built to ABS classification entirely in aluminium with a shallow draft of only 2.7m (8.1ft) and completed her latest class survey in 2019. The yacht underwent a significant refit in 2014 including the fitting of new main engines and the comprehensive maintenance plan has seen further upgrades to the yacht in 2018-19.
Her sun deck has a daybed surrounded by a semi-circular bank of seating forward, a bar midships and seating aft with plenty of versatile deck space for exercise equipment, yoga or entertainment. The upper deck aft has deck space for seating and is used for tender stowage on passage. The main deck aft presents options for open air dining and entertainment.
Inside there is a matt mahogany lined full beam sky lounge with a 60in TV on the forward bulkhead and a variety of seating. The main saloon has a bar starboard aft and seating forward, aft and to port. There is a dropdown projector and screen for the Crestron AVIT system and a formal dining room forward of the bulkhead.
She welcomes 10 guests in five cabins and the flexibility of the accommodation is a real advantage, with two staterooms that could be considered suitable for the owner. A full-beam VIP suite forward on the main deck features an en suite with bath and shower, a lounge area and private office and another full-beam cabin on the lower deck has a walk-in wardrobe, his and hers bathroom, jacuzzi bath and shower. There are two further twin cabins on the same deck and one final double cabin on the upper deck, with elevated views and greater privacy.
Twin Caterpillar C32 diesel engines, which have logged only 1,500 hours, give her a top speed of 14 knots and she has a range of 2,400nm at cruising speed.
