The 59.3m (194.6ft) motor yacht MEAMINA has a steel hull and an aluminium superstructure constructed to ABS classification and MCA compliance for commercial operation and delivered in 2009 by Italian shipyard Benetti. Last refitted in 2016, she has exteriors by Stefano Natucci, interiors by Massari Design.
She is currently a very popular member of the Burgess charter fleet so she is in great condition, constantly maintained and fully operational. She also has everything families look for in a yacht, including zero speed stabilisers for comfort at anchor, versatile accommodation with a duplex master suite and a VIP suite, and an elevator serving all guest decks, including the sun deck, making her attractive to multi-generational guests.
A very large sun deck has a raised sun lounge aft, open-air dining and there is a large TV on the aft radar mast creating an outdoor cinema experience after dark. Forward, steps lead up to a jacuzzi and two large sunpads, all protected by clear, child-friendly glass screens. Inside is a fully equipped, climate-controlled gym with excellent views through full-height privacy glass and the glass elevator is forward.
There is open-air dining on the bridge deck aft shaded by the overhang and two L-shaped sun lounges aft, creating a spacious entertainment space serviced by a sit-up bar in the sky lounge and a dayhead off the lobby. The sky lounge has several seating areas and a baby grand piano. Huge picture windows deliver unimpeded views of the surroundings.
On the main deck aft there is U-shaped lounge seating and armchairs around two coffee tables. Internal steps lead down to the full-beam tender garage, which serves as a beach club with the fold-down transom lowered and the tenders and toys launched. Forward on the sidedecks are steps leading to an observation walkway around the front of the bridge and to the foredeck, where there is tender and toy stowage and a deck crane for launch and recovery.
The main saloon has a convivial lounge area aft, a formal dining area forward complete with wine cellar built into a partial bulkhead and there is a dayhead off the main lobby. From the main lobby a door opens into the owner’s lounge and a full-beam bedroom has a lounge to starboard and a vanity table to port. The en suite has a bath and shower and opposite is a walk-in wardrobe. Forward steps lead up to a semi-circular private space that is used as an office, TV room and observation lounge.
In total she welcomes up to 14 guests in six cabins, comprising of an upper deck VIP double suite, plus two double suites and two twin suites, each with an additional berth, on the lower deck.
Twin 1,770hp MTU diesel engines give her a top speed of 16 knots and a transatlantic range of 3,800nm at her passage speed of 12 knots. She has 7.4m (24.3ft) and 6m (19.7ft) Pascoe tenders in the garage.
