LADY E is for sale.
Published 24 May 2023
The fact that LADY E is without question one of the most popular family charter yachts in the world, consistently booking out season after season, tells you all you need to know about this yacht’s quality, condition, layout and equipment. This is due in no small part to a 2020 rebuild in the UK, when this Lloyd’s-classed, Amels-built yacht was extended by 6m (19.7ft) to 74.5m (244.4ft).
This created 120sqm of extra guest space across lower and main decks. A 66sqm (710sqft) beach club was added with natural light through a skylight. Inside is a lounge, bar, 77in TV and nightclub-spec lighting and sound systems, part of a complete AVIT overhaul and full rewiring. She also received a full repaint in partnership with Pinmar.
An enlarged transom door opens onto a full-beam swim platform with hydraulic bathing steps and rain shower. The main deck aft was expanded by 55sqm to provide more versatile guest deck lounging space and a glass bulwark aft delivers exceptional views from the sun lounge. Swim platform, main, pool and sun decks had new teak laid.
A new health and wellbeing centre was added to the BBQ deck with a dayhead and large hammam to complement the fully equipped gym and heated counter-current pool.
On the bridge deck a new beauty salon delivers massages, hair styling and beauty treatments.
Three new generators with SCR systems replaced the old generators and DPF systems were added to reduce particulate emissions and make her IMO Tier III and MARPOL compliant. The main engines and exhaust were completely overhauled and all mounts replaced to reduce noise and vibration. All engineering and service systems were completely overhauled, including her lower to BBQ deck elevator.
She welcomes 12 guests in six suites. The owner’s suite is full beam on the main deck with private office, walk-in wardrobes and his-and-her bathrooms. There is a VIP suite adjacent and there are three double suites and a twin suite on the lower deck.
Twin 2,374hp Caterpillar diesel engines give her a top speed of 17 knots, a cruising speed of 13 knots and a transoceanic range of 6,711nm. Zero speed stabilisers provide comfort on arrival. As well as a Super Air Nautique G23, LADY E has a 9.2m (30.2ft) tender that stows behind lower deck shell doors forward of the beach club. She also has an exhaustive inventory of the latest toys.
We are delighted to present for sale the exceptional LADY E with an asking price of EUR 71,500,000. Between her charter commitments she will be available for inspection with some notice at La Ciotat, south of France. Please contact your Burgess broker for more detail and to make arrangements.
