INVICTUS - a broker's view

Inside spaces
‘In full guest mode, INVICTUS can comfortably take 12 guests in nine cabins – you just don’t often find that capacity in this size of yacht,’ say Baynes. ‘There is also an elevator to access all interior decks – ideal for when you bring aboard older family members or anyone with limited mobility.’
Her interior comes from the design house Johnson Wen/Mulder & Associates. You can see their signature touch in finishes such as the Lalique bar and the cinema with raised stadium seating.
‘The owner's deck is really special,’ continues Baynes. ‘The master suite faces forwards, looking through full-length windows on three side. As it’s on the upper deck, you get these amazing panoramic views. The glass doors open onto a private forward deck - that’s where I’d have breakfast every morning if I owned this yacht. The suite also has an office for when you need to take time out to work as well.’

Outside spaces
‘The top deck is dedicated to sun lovers and al fresco living,’ says Baynes. ‘There’s the glass-fronted jacuzzi, then under the hardtop is a full-sized sit-up bar for eight people. Plus, further forward, there’s a large dining table and an outdoor lounge. It’s no surprise that this yacht won design awards when she launched in 2013 - and she has been carefully maintained since by her current owner, with a complete repaint in her most recent refurb.’
‘When it comes to watersports, INVICTUS is no slouch. Her tender garage houses a tender, jetskis, SeaBobs and there's plenty of space for all the other tricks and toys you might want. There’s a beach club seating area and dayhead, plus a huge, extending swim platform where guests can enjoy all the watertoys.’

‘When it comes to performance and sailing experience, you won’t be disappointed,’ says Baynes. ‘She has twin-screw diesel engines that turn out an easy cruising speed 13.5 knots, top speed of 16 knots and range of 5,000nm. At anchor her Quantum zero speed stabilisers act to stop any wave action – so you and your guests can focus on what is important, enjoying yourselves.’
INVICTUS comes to market asking USD 100,000,000 and, says Baynes, that figure represents significant value. ‘Firstly, she has been designed to tick all the boxes for the owner - there is not an inch of unutilised space. Secondly, she's a greatly sought-after charter yacht, which offers a new owner a revenue stream should they decided to operate her commercially. Thirdly, she’s been carefully looked after and maintained, and that shows the moment that you step aboard.’

INVICTUS is currently available for inspection in Lyford Cay Marina in Nassau. To fully appreciate this opportunity, the condition and capacity of this yacht you really need to step aboard either in person or via a virtual walk through.
‘This is not a chance you want to miss,’ says Baynes. ‘This yacht is going to make someone very happy.’
