BURKUT is for sale.
Published 24 September 2021
BURKUT is a 54m (177.7ft) motor yacht with a steel hull and aluminium superstructure constructed to Lloyd's classification and MCA compliant. The very embodiment of Italian style and flair, she was designed inside and out by the ever-popular Tuscan studio of Francesco Paszkowski, built by La Spezia-based shipyard Baglietto and delivered in 2009.
Her aft half of the sun deck has a jacuzzi and large versatile deck spaces, for relaxing or entertainment.
The forward half is climate controlled beneath the hardtop and features a full-beam dedicated gym with dayhead and there is also a wellness centre with massage room, sauna and beauty salon.
The upper deck aft has a fully equipped sit-up bar and open-air dining for 12 guests shaded by the overhang. Aft there are two L-shaped sun lounges. The main deck aft has banquette seating in the sun aft and sofa seating around a coffee table shaded by the overhang.
Steps lead down either side to a good-sized swim platform with bathing steps and tender garage, where there is also a dayhead. From the main deck aft sidedecks lead forward to steps up to the foredeck where there are sunpads at anchor and watertoy stowage underway. A rescue tender is stowed on deck in the bow.
An elevator runs from lower to bridge decks. From the bridge deck lobby a door leads through to the sky lounge, which has a lounge to starboard and a large TV on the forward bulkhead. To port is a games table and a piano, there is a dayhead off the sky lounge and sliding glass doors open onto the aft deck to create a large entertainment space.
The main saloon has sliding glass doors opening onto the aft deck lounge. Inside there is a convivial, relaxed lounge around coffee tables. Walk forward to starboard and there is a formal dining area. The spaces are separated by a cabinet that houses a pop-up TV that can rotate for viewing anywhere in the room.
The owner's suite, forward on the main deck, has folding balconies port and starboard, a his-and-hers bathroom with a shared bath, two walk-in wardrobes and a private study. Three guest double cabins and a twin cabin, all en suite, complete accommodation for 10 guests in five cabins.
Twin 2,000hp diesel engines give her a top speed of 15 knots, a cruising speed of 12 knots and a transatlantic range of 4,500nm. Stabilisers ensure comfort underway and at anchor.
